was Ken's original flagship product, before he produced SBI.

The
advice he gives in this book is the formula the SBI package
was later designed around. The largest portion, over 800 pages,
is about how to write your web site. Your site is simply who
you are to your customers. It must be absolutely the best
it can be.
Product
Module
There
is a module dedicated to product selection or development,
which is second to none, and centered around ethics and quality.
He wants you to OVERdeliver, just as he does himself.
Traffic
Module
The
third major module is on getting traffic, and this is where
Evoy is the master! His own site rates number 202 on Alexa,
which puts it above IBM! He has studied the methods and he
knows what he is doing. He doesn't hold anything back.
Store
Module
Ken
treats the store itself in a small separate volume. There
is a difference between the single-item site and the multiple-item
site, and Evoy's real genius is in the single-item market.
However, he does address the multi-item market to some degree,
and has recently added a separate module to his Site Build
It package (see separate review) for multi-item stores.
Format
Each
of the four modules are in PDF format. You receive the package
in an .exe self-extracting zip file which unzips into the
three modules I just described and a two additional PDF docs,
a Table Of Contents and an Index file.
